When I reflect on my journey in the transportation industry over the past two decades, I am thrilled to shear my challenging and knowledgeable experience and expertise with every individual I interacted with.  I would not hesitate to think twice or to say that the logistic business is “My Cup of Tea” that I enjoy thoroughly.

Skyfer Logistic is a Canadian based International Freight Forwarding company that serves you as a one stop logistic partner that attends to all your logistics needs.  We navigate in this industry with highly qualified team of professionals, and a strong international partnership.

Our mission is to serve you and take you “Beyond your destination” with a commitment, reliable, profit driven professional performance.

It is my desire to undertake every challenge and your needs and determined to make it happen.

Pierre Kitts

President – Skyfer Logistics Inc.

Pierre Kitts grew up in Montreal, and at the tender age of 17, started Rapicom Courier service Inc, as well as Microx Laboratory which funded Rapicom’s growth to 50 staff by 1986, and its eventual sale in that year to Gelco Express . As an entrepreneur, Pierre continued in business in the 3 PL industry, and has been instrumental in the start-up and growth of several third party logistic firms over the past 22 years. Developing an expertise in  the area of transportation, he now holds a CCLP certification from CITT in the area of logistics and supply chain, and is co-founder of Skyfer (YUL) and educates individuals via the internet as an E-zine articles expert author in the area of logistics and supply chain management.

Shalan Joseph

Managing Director- Skyfer Logistic(Pvt) Ltd

Shalan Joseph, started off his carrier on Shipping and Logistic at a very early age at Sea Land Shipping Inc., as a customer service associate. After the acquisition of Sea Land Inc., by AP – Moller group of Denmark, Shalan was one of the eight employees that was handpicked to join A.P Moller group/Maersk line. After a successful career at Maersk Line, Shalan went on to Join Senator lines GMBH as a senior Sales executive. He was soon promoted as Sales manager for North America trade lane. While at Senator Lines, he developed his skills on sales and marking both locally and internationally. He continued at Senator line until its eventual closure due to its acquisition by Hanjin. Shalan was then head hunted by Maritime Logistics group, a fully-fledged 3PL company and was appointed as a General Manger – Sales overlooking a staff of 18 sales executives. Later he was promoted as Director – Sales.

Without a doubt, it was his hard work and desire to excel in his carrier that got Shalan off to a great start in the shipping & logistics industry in Sri Lanka. It was his vision and courage that moved him up the ladder. Today he is the co-founder/Managing Director at Skyfer Logistic – Sri Lanka.
